Services Description

Dynammuscle organizes guided group walking excursions on published routes in Ohio metro parks and trail systems. Services include route planning, certified guide leadership, pre-walk briefings, and scheduled rest stops.

Registration and Participation

Walk registration is subject to availability as shown in the walk ledger. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are physically capable of completing the published route distance and terrain type.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the listed departure time
• Bring appropriate gear as outlined in the pack list for the relevant terrain and season
• Follow guide instructions regarding pace, rest stops, and safety protocols
• Inform the guide of any relevant physical limitations before departure
• Remain on the published route unless directed otherwise by the guide

Weather and Cancellations

Walks may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions including sustained rainfall, lightning, or high winds. Participants will be notified via email when possible. Cancellation and refund details are outlined in our Return Policy.

Liability

Group walking on outdoor trails involves inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather exposure, and physical exertion. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and equipment. Dynammuscle is not liable for injuries or losses resulting from participant negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, route maps, and design elements, is the property of Dynammuscle unless otherwise noted. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
